The weather is mild around the centre all through the year. The half sleeve T-shirts from March to August, the long sleeve T-shirts from September to February is sufficient during the day time. In the winter season (November to February) can be very cold especially in the morning and in the evening. We don't have any heating system in the room, so please well prepare to keep you warm.
LInen: We provide a duvet, (extra duvet and blanket on request in winter) , pillow, duvet cover, pillow cover, sheet,
large towel (change every week)
Attire: Please wear non-revealing clothing for yoga practice such as loose full or half length trousers and comfortable half or long sleeve shirts and tunics. Simple and casual clothing that is easy to wash is best at all time.
